Dr Dixon will discuss how your association can plan for growth using a specific problem-oriented approach pioneered at the Business School: an experience-based, structured focus that looks at issues through different lenses to come up with creative, practical solutions.
An interactive discussion will give you the tools to develop the flexible leadership skills that allow you to develop a strategy for your association, even in challenging economic times.
This half-day session in central Brussels will allow ample time for networking over lunch. We look forward to introducing you to this unique approach.

If you plan international meetings of conferences throughout the year, you are likely to be eligible for the IMEX hosted buyer programme. Under this programme the costs of your flights and accommodation to IMEX 2007 would be covered by IMEX.
You are also invited to attend Association Day - 25 May with themed sessions, round-table discussions and a chance to network with association professionals from a variety of international destinations.
